Office 365

NCI has a variety of resources that are included with our subscription to Microsoft Office 365.

NCI Email
  • Sign in to NCI's Office 365 Outlook Web App (OWA)
  • OWA is also available for iPhone and iPad, and provides a seamless interface to your Mail, Calendar, and Contacts. The mobile apps incorporate voice commands for common tasks.

Sharepoint
  • AKA OneDrive, this can also be accessed in OWA by clicking the OneDrive link in your top navigation bar.
  • Create your personal sharepoint site, viewable by other NCI users. This is a good way to share information about yourself.
  • Features include:
    • Creating, storing and sharing documents. All documents are editable directly in your desktop version of Microsoft Office, on your mobile device, or on the Web.
    • Create an "internal" personal blog to share with other NCI employees.
    • Follow other users and add "Apps" to your main sharepoint page.

Lync
  • Microsoft Lync is now integrated with the new Outlook Web App. Just click on the People link in the top bar, and it will show you which of your contacts are available for instant messaging. Contacts in the To/CC/From fields of an email address also display their status with a green, red, or clear square in front of their names.
  • Download the desktop version for Windows or Mac of Microsoft Lync (or submit a help request) for a more powerful version of the Instant Messaging service which includes voice calling and online meetings.
  • Lync is also available for iOS and Android device in the Apple App Store and on the Google Play Market
